*... And a somewhat loud BOOM can be heard throughout the Dressing Room. Although this one is around 98% quieter than that of MC Bomber's, and decidedly less near the toilet area. If one were to investigate the pink and sparking smog coming from behind some all-too-suspiciously arranged tall-backed chairs, they'd find the area (mostly) normal, aside from the odd fog about.

So, if the walls aren't blackened much, what could have caused such an odd occurrence? Perhaps that's a question you should direct to the man behind these chairs, muttering in German...?*

((OOC: This place needs more posting, so, uh, I'm posting! \o/

Klavier is a glimmerous fop. A fop who always travels well-packed (magic bags are awesome like that), with the minor exception of books. They weigh a lot, you know. The full-time wizard and part-time prosecutor, in his pursuit of the perfect love potion, has ended up mixing the wrong ingredients. ... Again. He hasn't given up hope on finding someone pretty in here (or an Ema), after all, so why not try a good charm on his clothes? Well, if only he had his books with him, because without them, he has almost no idea what he's doing. Music comes naturally, potions not so much. xD

If anyone should be brazen enough to ask him about it or try to discover the cause he will promptly hide his things and claim to have absolutely no idea. XD Phoenixes and the like will see some shiny purple Psyche-locks, because I said so he's hiding lots of big secrets, aside from the ruining of a room.))

Okay, somehow I doubt my crazy alternate would bomb chairs with pink fog even if he did bomb the toilet.

*Actually listens*

... *Why, yes, it is. And he is now very, very quiet. As fast as he can, the items that caused the mess are immediately put into a very small non-conspicuous bag, which he will be hiding behind him, thanks.* (Ach! Is that an Herr Wright? Why are they always so... curious, anyway? I knew it was a bad idea to think books were too heavy!

Maybe I should have tried using a laptop instead and scanned the pages? Mein Gott... see, this is why I need an assistant or a secretary--aren't they GOOD at organizing things like that?!)

... It's not my fault they don't make chairs with decent taste anymore, Herr Wright. *Have a prosecutor peeking out at you from under a chair. Slightly singed hair, nothing major (wait, is that singe PINK...?), right?

Oh, yeah--did I mention that really, really tiny, purple and black bag? No? Odd lookin', ain't it, Nicholas? Well, it's peeking out at you, too, since the guy who owns it is kind of careless (well, he's more foppish than careless, actually, comes with the glamor, probably) and it fell off the chair. Have fun! :D*

Is that a trick question, Herr Wright?

*Well, that could be a problem. He had to think of something, fast. False image--no, that wouldn't work, Nicholas would just poke around and question further.

He'd have to sacrifice a very nice ring for this, but it works. Klavier does carry a few picks with him, but they tend to fall down to the bottom of the bag... he'd need to remedy that after this.

Moving aside from where he's sitting, a few multicolor picks can be seen scattered about.* Perhaps because they're right here? You know that bag fell from where I had set it, ja?

*Klavier pauses, obviously not getting what the man is saying to some extent. After all, if this particular Wright was in an interdimensional meeting area--a "Dressing Room," as they've so named it--why would he say that? And from what he's heard and picked up on, Nicholas had even been somewhere that was more ridiculous and impossible than here....

Of course, all manner of magic had it's limitations... this much he knew. And it took a great deal of effort and years of practice to become an accomplished wizard like he himself was. And even if you had talent naturally, it hardly cut out needing to learn and master it after at least some time. The German man closes his eyes for a bit, crosses his arms, and fiddles with the dangling, gold and jade earring on his right ear while he ponders this.* Ach... nein, that doesn't make sense....

*Klavier thinks more about the circumstances in which he believes things to be happening. At the moment he has no confirmation about how wrong he really IS, but his theory seems sound enough... Only people who have interacted or been around Ingary and/or magic of any kind would end up discovering, or being drawn into, this place.

That's what he figured, anyway. So, as Klavier saw it, Nicholas' words made absolutely no sense. If not gifted or born in the other realm, then he must have been one of the ones who accidentally stumbled upon it in a manner much like himself. Or was he one who chose to ignore it, blocking the memory out or never returning to whatever place or item had caused the event...? Klavier chose to embrace it, personally, but perhaps Phoenix had not?*

*Nicholas will find himself waiting for about three minutes before he finally gets any response from Klavier. It comes with a smile, two arms on his sides while leaning forward, and an all-too-sure reply from the man in front of him.* Impossible is not a word in my vocabulary, Herr Wright.

... Figuratively speaking, anyway. If you stay so negative, then things WILL stay out of reach, ja? *Of course, this is the pot calling the kettle black. I'll never be able to grow my hair back after this AGAIN! was uttered on the occasion of a certain 'magical calamity.' Klavier, as much a diva as he is, still complains about that, from time to time.

As he saw things, it took him ages to grow his hair as long as he had grown it. Really, you'd think Maya would've paid more attention when he asked her to leave his so-called 'organized mess' as an organized mess. Of course, in a way he was also grateful to have an excuse to cut his hair. It reminded him less of Kristoph. It made him independent (in a sense) again.

Klavier finds a want to move, perhaps to try and leave so he may think on hiding this better, but he feels as though something is keeping him where he is which would be those psyche-locks he has no idea about. Instead he just shifts a bit, brushing off his clothing from the explosion.*

((OOC: Yay for learning! Have some information back. >__>

*Nicholas catches the quiet comment and notices the sudden introspective shift. Once he realizes that Klavier might be thinking for a while, he considers leaving the other man to his thoughts, but decides that might be just a bit rude, and shifts to half sit, half lean on one of the nearby chairs.

He's not quite sure what he said that would make Klavier get so lost in thought, and when the man finally reacts as if nothing was wrong, Nicholas frowns internally, but lets it go. Everyone has a right to secrets*

I wasn't being quite so figurative. I was more referring to, say travelling through space. We might do it eventually, but for now, it's pretty much impossible.

And some things will probably stay that way. Do you think we'll ever be able to break the first law of thermodynamics? Reach absolute zero?

...bring the dead back to life? *And if Klavier had his own magatama, this'd be about where several Psyche-Locks showed up.*

[OOC: He's not going to prod the locks at all if you're wondering. Actually, he tends not to unless he thinks they need prodding, and he figures he has the evidence for it. You can blame Time for that]

Pretty much, ja. That WOULD be a bit ridiculous, Herr Wright... *Sadly, it's not something he'd put past being able to do. And saying he agreed with that would be an outright lie. After all, if you could cross dimensions and time, why not space?

Everyone else just needed to catch up.* ... Why not? They have that cold frozen gas, don't they? It's pretty cold, ja?

*He may appear to be missing the point entirely, but it's mostly a ploy. Well, MOSTLY. What WAS that stuff called, again...?

Raising the dead? Oh god, no. Klavier's eyes dart a bit to the left upon hearing that. Not something he needed to be reminded of....* But that IS impossible, Herr Wright. You... know that. We both do.

That was why I said it. If that's impossible, than your comment was wrong.

The Fraulein Detective handles all that science-y stuff, not me. *Annnnd he'll leave it at that.

Klavier goes to move yet again, finding himself oddly staying where he was--almost as if he needed to stay. So he settles for fingering one of his earrings instead, a frown on his face as he looks at Phoenix.* Herr Wright, I don't recall you ever being the type for this kind of talk. Surely you have heard of being positive...?

*Klavier pauses for a moment, considering what the man in front of him had just said. He's confused, to say the least, and his senses seem to be a bit mixed up. Still fingering that earring and hoping he's not making a mistake, he speaks again.* I wouldn't say it if I didn't believe it, anyway...

There's a slight shift back in turn, Klavier wording what he says carefully, wanting to tread lightly. Those ever-so-lovely Psyche-locks just gained a new, heavily-guarded friend.* Too much curiosity, Herr Wright.

Would it? If I remember correctly... I first got hit by a bad room a few weeks after I got to the other one. It's my understanding that the place had been there a fairly long time before it appeared.

*Nicholas wants to know why the Psyche-Locks aren't vanishing, like they normally do when he's not prodding them. He tries removing his hand from his pocket - and the magatama - and seeing if that would help. There's a sense building at the back of his senses that maybe just maybe viewing the locks for so long is not good for him*

Like... what? And, Herr Wright, I know this may sound odd... but is there something on my face?

You look like you've seen a poltergeist or something, ja? *The locks are staying likely because he continues to use lies in some form, or dodge around an answer.

They take a few seconds to disappear, one in particular seeming to vibrantly simmer before leaving. Partially remaining due to the magic around him, mostly. Klavier could swear he almost felt something magic--something ODD--around him. Something that had to do with the fact he had no heart, or the fact he was hiding many, many things. Nicholas will be perfectly fine, but he will likely feel a want to ask him if he has any problems with his heart, or look at his chest...

... especially since the final psyche-lock was a combination of changing colors, mostly reds. Klavier shifts, the chains still dissipating, him still feeling uncomfortable. Somewhere his heart was probably beating very fast...*

*He doesn't answer the second question. If he'd figured out that half of what Klavier has said is half-truths, he might be more concerned, but as it is, the constant stream of locks is taking a toll on him, even as they slowly vanish. He has to sit down properly long before the first ones disappear properly, and as the last one shifts to the main focus, he can practically feel the lock trying to suck him dry.

All Klavier will see is that Nicholas is paler than before, with the sweat standing out on his brow, and is most definitely focused on something that isn't there*
